Our Polycarbonate sheets are produced in the same profiles as our metal roofing sheets. They are quick and easy to install and are the ideal solution where light transmission is appropriate.

Please note Light Bronze & Dark Tint are only available up to a maximum of 6m long.

Cover width of sheet: 760mm.    Overall 830mm wide.    Side Laps: Overlap 1 rib

What metal roofing sheet profile does this polycarbonate sheet match?

Matching metal roofing sheet: Trimdek or similar.

Sheet Tolerance: Length: + 10mm, – 10mm; Make allowance for thermal expansion or contraction for long-length roofs at sheeting ends

Which fasteners can I use with this polycarbonate sheet?

We recommend the use of “self-cutting” screws. These roofing screws incorporate a “cutting head” on the shaft, which cuts an oversized hole in the sheet, allowing room to expand.

Another great product to use is the aptly named “Anti Noise Tape”.  This product is rolled out across the top of the battens before the sheets are screwed down. This tape is extremely easy to install - one side is sticky.  Simply roll and push!

What is the minimum roof pitch on these sheets?

3° fall is sufficient. Over 3.6 metres this is 180mm. If there is insufficient fall, leakage may occur. The Overlap - 1 rib.
