What metal roofing sheets do these polycarbonate sheets match?

The corrugated polycarbonate roofing sheets are produced in the same profiles as our corrugated metal roofing and are easy to install. The width/cover of this sheet is 762mm wide when lapped - the same as corrugated iron. There is no matching steel sheet for the Greca profile.

Overlap Corrugated: 1.5 laps

Overlap Greca: 1 rib

Which fasteners should I use with this polycarbonate sheet?

We recommend the use of “self-cutting” screws. These roofing screws incorporate a “cutting head” on the shaft which cuts an oversized hole in the sheet, allowing room to expand.  Another great product to use is the aptly named “Anti Noise Tape”.  This product is rolled out across the top of the battens before the sheets are screwed down. This tape is extremely easy to install - one side is sticky.  Simply roll and push!

Sheet Tolerance: Length: + 10mm, – 10mm; Make allowance for thermal expansion or contraction for long length roofs at sheeting ends

What is the Warranty on these sheets?

Our polycarbonate sheets are covered by a Lifetime Warranty. Solasafe Polycarbonate Roofing set the highest of standards in the field with a large selection of colours.

How do I cut the sheets?

Polycarbonate is best cut with sharp snips. Small cuts can be cut with strong scissors. Please do not cut with high speed cut off wheels as they may cause melting.
